TIGER SEX has been rockin’ all over USA..Buffalo, NYC, Detroit, Chicago, Alaska, Indianapolis, L.A, Austin, Atlanta, St. Louis, San Diego, Cleveland, Memphis, Las Vegas, Cincinnati, Nashville, Milwaukee…
Also, we’ve been fortunate to play Canada, Mexico, UK including one of the biggest Punk Fest “Rebellion Festival”.
We’d like you to see us live to understand what we are.
How do you descript yourself?
Born disturbed, always been rebellious (not always a positive thing) but nature-loving, not too social outside the band but would help anyone out if they needed it.

Raunchy, gritty, wild, loud but with feeling. RocknRoll.
Who influenced you?
The Beatles, Stooges, Little Richard, Louis Prima, Black Flag, Runaways, New York Dolls, Etta James, the cramps, Sonics etc. have all impacted me one way or another.
As you were growing up, what big bands did you see in small clubs?
As I was growing up, I was going through dark stages. I never went to big concerts. I liked divey shows at random places but they were mostly local bands or bands traveling through jersey. I was very anti-social as a younger person and so on until Tiger Sex happened. I did get to serve BB King, Lita Ford etc. and got to hang out/see many great 70s, 80s punk/rock bands while playing out and around the world. (I always loved underground 70s punk, blues and 60spop/garage… most of my favs are dead.)
How did you get your name? Was it from Anchorman (the movie)?
No, never seen that movie. My ass was tattooed in tiger stripes when I was 18… I’ve always loved cats. and well sex is great too (with people)
How was it to play the Rebellion Festival with Public Image Ltd?
Rebellion kicked ass and it was a great experience. Everyone was accepting and all on the same page – music lovers galore 🤘

Any memories about playing Liar’s Club in Chicago?
Yes, one time I slit through my wrist so deep I had to stitch it at the hotel myself also got headbutt by a huge guy the same night. It was memorable. The venue is great and the people always rawk.
You have performed overseas a few times. How hard is to set up shows in a foreign land?
It’s really hard being diy. It can be stressful when I book gigs but it’s rewarding to be able to do it esp. overseas on my own and it’s helped me be able to improve on promoting etc. as well.
How was it to tour in Anchorage Ak?
Alaska is a long story and we didn’t finish the tour (long story) but people there really want to hear live music which is awesome. (we played only a couple gigs) but they plan their whole year to see a touring band from another place. It was also the most beautiful place I ever got to see and explore.
What was your first gig like (Double Down Saloon, Las Vegas NV) like?
It was SCARY! I was surrounded in a packed house of people staring at me curious to what this band is and wondering what our sound is like. Stage fright is a thing haha.
What was the biggest moment in your career?
Career as in the band? Rebellion was a great moment playing to 100s jammed to the back wall, one of our tours to Cali and Alaska was amazing (including random gigs around the US) and mind opening but really moving away from where we started in Vegas and taking off to the central USA as a band to play all over the US easier, was huge. I threw everything away to make the dream of playing happen and the endless cities we can go to.
Kelly, how did you start your cooking videos?
I love food and I’m obsessed with cooking so one day I just started doing it. I always challenge myself to improve my dishes. I really want to share delish food with everyone!
What is your favorite receipt you like to cook?
Seafood Pasta. Shrimp, lobster, clams or muscles in a white wine, garlicky olive oil sauce w/cherry or Roma tomatoes or broccoli. So good.
What is your GoTo receipt for comfort food?
Homemade Mac n cheese and my seafood pasta.
How do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
I want to open a restaurant but until that happens, play music and see where the path goes. Life’s full of opportunities and mysteries.
