Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar & The Circle released their debut album of all original material “Space Between” this May and have hit the concert circuit showcasing new music and circling back to Hagar hits spanning from his many bands including- Montrose, Van Halen, his solo hits, and even tossing in a Led Zeppelin tune. Sammy’s circle bandmates are the talented bassist Michael Anthony, drummer Jason Bonham, and guitar wiz Vic Johnson. His band opened with new song “Trust Fund Baby” which flew into “There’s Only One Way To Rock”. The band performed nearly twenty songs including Montrose hit “Rock Candy,” Van Halen hits “Poundcake,” “ Finish What Ya Started,” “Right Now,” and “Why Can’t This Be Love,” and Hagar hits including “Three Lock Box,” “Heavy Metal,” and “Eagles Fly.” They also performed Led Zeppelin’s “Rock and Roll.” The crowd loved the new songs but the classic hits simply sent the crowd into rocking overdrive.
